Amenities
Each cabin includes the following for your convenience:
Kitchen – Refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, dish towels and dish soap.
Bathroom(s) – Bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, hand soap, toilet paper
Bedrooms/Lofts – Quilts, sheets, pillows, alarm clock
Living Area – Fireplace, assortment of dining and living room furnishings
Outdoors – Patio furniture, fire ring, charcoal grill
All cabins provide heating and air conditioning units, to accommodate guests in any climate.
Complimentary wireless internet is also available for all cabin guests!
Policies
Check In / Check Out
Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. In order to ensure access to the unit, check-in after 7:00 p.m. requires arrangements made by guest at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Guests must vacate the cabin before check-out time. Failure to check out on time will result in a minimum charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour until check-out is complete.
If Guest decides to check-out before their scheduled departure date, please contact us. There are no refunds or credits for early departure or unused time.
Cancellation
60 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE: If the reservation is cancelled sixty (60) or more days prior to the first rental date, the entire reservation deposit and the entire cleaning/damage deposit shall be refunded.
59 DAYS TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE: Refund of the reservation deposit minus a twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee. The entire damage/cleaning deposit is refunded.
14 DAYS OR FEWER PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE: No refund of any portion of the reservation deposit. The entire damage/cleaning deposit is refunded.
Pet Policy
NO PETS are allowed anywhere in or on the unit. Violation of this provision authorizes immediate eviction of the entire rental party without refund, and all or a portion of the damage/cleaning deposit may be retained if additional cleaning or repairs of actual damages are necessary to return the unit and/or its contents to its original condition.
Cabin Parties & Events
Tenant and guests must act so as not to disturb the peace and enjoyment of the premises by those at other properties and at other units. Neither large parties, large events nor excessive noise are allowed in either cabin loop.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of twenty-one (21) is not allowed. Kegs are not permitted on any property.
Violation of this provision authorizes immediate eviction of the entire rental party without refund.
